Timeliness: 

Please remember your services take time.

Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation/No Show: 

We reserve time exclusively for you and we take your time very seriously.

Cancellations made without the courtesy of a 48-hour notice, will be charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments will be charged the full-service price.

The fee will be added to your rebooked appointment time, or an invoice will be sent.

Fees vary depending on service booked and Technician discretion.

Online Booking:

Select technicians take online appointments. Online bookings can be rescheduled only. Please call the salon if you need to cancel your appointment. You will be invoiced for late cancellation of a service as well as for no show.

Deposit for Services: 

A deposit is required for the following services; Hair Extensions, Brazilian Blowout, Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Scalp Micropigmentation or upon request of the Technician.

Payment: 

The Bellezza Salon does not accept personal checks, travelers checks or foreign currency. We gladly accept cash, American Express, Visa, MC, Discover Card and Apple Pay.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is always appreciated but not required. We kindly ask our customers to give tips directly to your technician in the form of cash, Venmo, PayPal or Square. Due to high merchant fees, if you need to place a tip on credit card, there will be a fee added to your bill. Thank you for your understanding. 

Gift Card Sales/Redemption:

Gift cards have an expiration of 12 months from date of purchase. No exceptions will be made, nor refunds will be given on any expired gift card. The Bellezza Salon does not sell nor redeem our gift cards to booth renters at our facility. Please be advised and purchase your gift card directly through those technicians.

Product Exchange/Return:

Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 10 days from purchase date and must be unused. Refunds are given by way of original payment.

Services:

This is a professional establishment providing services that require personal attention and labor.  Labor cannot be refunded just as time cannot be given back.  If a guest requires an adjustment after a particular service, please notify your technician at once.  We are happy to consult and resolve any issue amicably.

 

Little Ones: 

Children are welcome at Bellezza if receiving a service. We kindly ask you do not leave your children unattended in our facility. We provide an atmosphere with high standards to make your visit most enjoyable. Our decor and fixtures are very costly and should be treated with respect. Thank you for your understanding. 

Our Facility: 

The Bellezza Salon is a non-smoking facility. Please, help us keep our grounds and gardens clean by not throwing trash or cigarettes outside of the building. We are happy to assist you to an area appropriate for garbage.

Parking: 

Guest parking is located in front, side and rear of building. Please use front entrance to check in for your appointment.
